In case your Tatung TV is not working properly, you can call our service partner A-Novo. Tatung Europe has a large service contract with A-Novo throughout Europe.
A-Novo is a pan-European service company that will arrange the necessary steps for your TV to be picked up at your home, transported to their repair centre and returned to your home once repaired. All this within service guaranteed collection and delivery of 10 days.
