Tatung Europe has a large service contract with a Novo throughout Europe.

A novo is a pan-European service that will arrange the necessary steps so that your TV is picked-up at your home, transported to a repair centre and returned to your home once repaired. All this within service guaranteed collection and delivery of 10 days.
