All Tatung LCD TV have standard 3 years warranty.
How does the guarantee service work?
In case your Tatung TV is not working properly, you can call our service.
Service center for clients of the Czech Republic and Slovakia (+ a link to contact) is located in Pilsen, where we provide repair the Tatung products. We provide warranty and post warranty repairs, usually within 10 days. Services service center use not only regular customers, but small domestic users too. Customers also use our services in the form of sending components such as remote controls for the TV.
For clients from other European countries there is a service center A Novo, with which Tatung Czech has large service contract. A Novo is a pan-European service, which arranges the necessary steps so that your TV was picked up at your home, transported to their repair centre and returned to your home once repaired. This service guarantees repair within 10 days.
